 Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Ensures all recruitment policies, procedures and practices are followed in accordance with all relevant laws and Civil Service guidelines.
  • Reviews, monitors and evaluates the compliance and effectiveness of all ACF Projects recruitment processes.
  • Advertisement of job vacancies through different sources.
  • Inform candidates for written exam and interviews through email and telephone.

  • Must have Bachelor Degree in BBA field.

 Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare Cash Advance, and Liquidation/Settlement Form including all relevant forms requires & verifies each expense for every projects.

 Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Preparation of Technical Proposal (Volume 1 & 2) as per the requirement of bid documents.
  • Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy and pre - proposal meetings.

  • Writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization’s credentials.
  • Prepares presentation for review committee and senior management when required.
  • Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability and consistency, maintaining proposal support databases.
  • Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with senior management and proposal review committee and project managers.
  • Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and implementing changes.
  • Coordination with the Corps of Engineers associated to the projects.
  • Responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids.
  • Search for possible opportunities and contact different donors in the country to widen the business.
  • Arrange business meeting to meet key donors and share the ability of ACF and experience in the construction industry.
  • Define annual target with clear bench marks for business development of ACF and ensure to achieve the target.
 Qualification 
  • Master Degree is required in Economic& Business Administration Management field.
  • At least 5 years Proposal Writing & Business Development Experience with the USACE projects.
  • Good spoken, writing and communication skill in English Language.
